One Program, Built for Each Stage of Development
Classes use games, movement, partner practice, age-appropriate discussion, and supervised skill development. The focus is avoiding and escaping harm, not teaching children to seek out fights.
Little Defenders
Body awareness, confidence, personal space, safe adults, a strong voice, and simple playful escapes.
Junior Defenders
Movement, balance, basic blocking, releases from common grabs, stranger safety, bullying responses, and self-control.
Youth Personal Safety
Practical technique, safe falling, awareness, trusting instincts, peer pressure, bullying, and introductory online safety.
Teen Personal Safety
Self-defense fundamentals, verbal de-escalation, boundary setting, grooming awareness, online safety, and sound safety decisions.
Designed to Work Within Your School
Sessions can be adapted to your school’s year-round calendar. Returning students continue building skills, while new students can enter the program without prior experience.
