This seminar moves beyond discussion. Participants will practice practical skills in a controlled environment and work through realistic scenarios designed to improve decision-making under pressure.
Six Hours of Practical, Scenario-Based Training
Recognize
Identify behavioral and situational indicators of a potential abduction attempt before it escalates.
Respond
Practice responses to grabs, restraints, and attacks involving more than one person.
Escape
Work through controlled scenarios involving vehicles, weapons, and attempts to move you to another location.
Decide
Develop decision-making under stress, including when compliance may create time and when resistance may be necessary.
Real-World Skills. No Previous Experience Necessary.
Designed for participants age 14 and older who want practical personal-safety skills, including parents, students, professionals, frequent travelers, and people who regularly walk to or from vehicles alone. No previous self-defense experience is necessary.
